At Threadheads, we want you to love your gear as much as we loved making it. If your fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Outcome

  Select whether you would like a direct size exchange, a store credit with a bonus value, or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Pack and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Get Reimbursed

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
